Shari is proud of her track record of closing loans and helping people. Since starting to work in the mortgage industry five years ago, Shari has received extensive training and is knowledgeable about all of the types of loans available through FFS.
Clients can rely on Shari to deliver on great customer service, too, because she believes very strongly in giving clients her best. “I know it’s important to do research, get questions answered and document everything,” she says.
As a loan officer, Shari wants to assist clients in obtaining home loans that will help empower them to have better control over their financial future.
“I’ve been really proud that I have helped clients re-finance, helping them to avoid loans with adjustable rates.”
Shari wants clients to be armed with all the information they need to apply for the home loan that is right for them. “Shop around, make sure interest rate is good and that loan is a fixed-rate loan. Ask as many questions as possible to know what you are getting into.”
She’s confident that clients will find FFS worthy of their trust as they seek home ownership for the first time or to refinance.
