Will started his career as a mortgage retail loan officer, branch manager and ultimately a regional manager with Lomas & Nettleton. He moved to the direct-to-consumer delivery of loans nationally, and built from scratch several unique distributions channels; Shearson Lehman/American Express, Prudential Bank’s Consumer Lending Division; National Mortgage’s Wholesale Division; GetApproved.com Internet Lending and Megastar Financial retail branch network. Over the past six years, he has consulted on three mortgage company start-ups here in Colorado.
