Kari Havenar moved to Colorado in 2001. As a person who enjoys the mountains and outdoor life, It has always been a dream of hers to live in this great state.

Kari started in the mortgage industry in 1992 when her husband was stationed at Ft. Campbell Kentucky. Beside mortgage experience, Kari has been a real estate agent, an insurance agent and a business owner. Kari’s experience, energy, dedication and no nonsense approach to the lending business are qualities that set her apart.
