Rewarded for being a top producer, Leanna considers her area of specialty to be FHA loans. But she is eager to help clients explore all the avenues available when it comes to buying a home for the first time or re-financing.

“I think my greatest strength as a loan officer is my ability to think outside the box,” she says. “There is always something to learn. You can never know everything about this business. The mortgage industry is always changing.”

And she’s big on making sure her client have mortgages that fit their budgets. “I want people to stick with a mortgage payment that they are comfortable with, not necessarily what they qualify for.”
