Cathy Smotherman-Erickson

Cathy Smotherman-Erickson grew up on a farm and ranch in southeast Colorado.

Her education includes Wiley high school, Larmar County College and graduate of Western States School of Banking.

Cathy's mortgage career has evolved from 29 years of banking.

Recently married, Cathy and her husband, Victor have four children and five grandchildren. Cathy's husband is a professional musician and cowboy artist.

Freedom Financial has been a very important part of the mortgage banking industry Cathy had been working with for the past several years. Now, she is very excited to have a direct link as a mortgage loan originator, looking forward to providing customers with hard work and honesty in home lending.
