With 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and an additional 12 years of experience in the credit and finance sectors, Tandi says her greatest strength as a loan officer is her ability to persevere. “If it can be done, I can do it. I don't give up.” At the same time, she has sensible advice for all of her potential clients: “Be patient and realistic.”
Clients can count on Tandi to give them top-notch customer service. “I’m always building and maintaining good rapport with realtors and customers,” she says. “I also continually increase my knowledge and try to stay on top of investor changes so I can provide the best service possible to my clients,” she says.
And that diligence has certainly paid off time and time again. “The the most rewarding experience I’ve had as a loan officer is being blessed with great realtors, customers, family and friends who continually refer business to me.”
