Alan joined Mortgage Solutions/Freedom Financial Services in the summer of 2011 as president, bringing with him more than 17 years of critical experience that includes being the president of a nationally recognized financial lending institution, chief marketing officer of a medical surgical management company, and most recently as chief executive officer/owner of a company that provides consulting services for large correspondent lenders and banks.

 “My extensive business development experience, operational knowledge, and passion for excellence will elevate Mortgage Solutions of Colorado and Freedom Financial Services to the next level,” Alan says. “I am looking forward to guiding the company's overall strategy for continued growth and business development in both the wholesale and retail channels.”

Christina Baker is the Chief Operations Officer for the company.  She was commissioned as an officer in the Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point.  After serving six and a half years in the Army, she joined our team at Mortgage Solutions/Freedom Financial Services.  She has been with Mortgage Solutions/Freedom Financial Services since 2006 and has worked in all areas of the company before moving into her current position as the COO.  Christina resides in Colorado Springs, CO with her husband. 

Robert was one of the first loan officers to join the Freedom Financial Services team when it first opened in 1996 and has not looked back since. Always moving forward, Robert has served as a team leader and vice president in addition to being a top producer four years in a row.

I have enjoyed living in Pueblo my entire life and anyone who grew up in Pueblo knows the first question – “where did you go to high school?” I proudly graduated from Central High in 1980 with a wild thought that I would go to college and follow in my dad’s footsteps becoming a CPA. I have done a lot of things in the past years but becoming an accountant was not one of them. 

Not becoming a CPA was a stroke of luck because I am a living example of the Confucius quote “When you find a job that you love, you never have to work a day in your life.” I absolutely have a passion for helping people finance the purchase of their home. Over the past 18 years I have originated mortgage loans, processed, underwrote, worked in secondary marketing, post closing and selling of mortgage loans. By working in every aspect of the process, I can help guide my customers through the entire process of application through closing. By using my expertise and passion for helping people buy their home, my customers have a memorable experience and refer their family and friends. With 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and an additional 12 years of experience in the credit and finance sectors, Tandi says her greatest strength as a loan officer is her ability to persevere. “If it can be done, I can do it. I don't give up.” At the same time, she has sensible advice for all of her potential clients: “Be patient and realistic.”

Clients can count on Tandi to give them top-notch customer service. “I’m always building and maintaining good rapport with realtors and customers,” she says. “I also continually increase my knowledge and try to stay on top of investor changes so I can provide the best service possible to my clients,” she says.

During the summer of 2000, Cory arrived in Colorado Springs from the suburbs of Chicago. Since his arrival, the beauty and culture of Colorado has continued to captivate him. He enjoys every aspect of the land by hiking, climbing, camping, mountain biking, and skiing.

Before getting into the lending side of the financial industry, Cory mastered business finance and language arts as a co-owner of the Jan P. Dennis literary agency with his father. During his time with the agency, he worked directly with and edited the manuscripts of Frank Peretti, Ted Dekker, and T. L. Hines, and helped many unpublished authors overcome the adversities of the publishing world.
